The Rebecca Francis Team, part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, sold and listed more luxury homes in Lehigh Valley than any other realtor in 2024. This marks the Rebecca Francis Team’s first year as the top buyer and seller in the Greater Lehigh Valley Multiple Listing Service.

Francis and her team have been consistently recognized for their top performance since the agency’s formation in 2018. Francis received Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Chairman’s Circle Diamond Level recognition for five consecutive years in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 and participated in Lehigh Valley Style’s “Face of Luxury Real Estate” in 2024, 2022, and 2020. In addition, she was named a 2023 Woman of Influence by Lehigh Valley Business and one of America's Best Real Estate Professionals by RealTrends in 2022. The Rebecca Francis Team received Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ 2023 Legend Award, and was recognized as the top residential real estate agent and the top residential real estate agency in Lehigh Valley Business’s 2023 Reader Rankings. Francis embarked on her real estate journey following a successful career running her own marketing agency that served both national and international clients. She sold her marketing agency in 2005, earned her real estate license in 2015 and received her broker’s license in 2020.
