Moravian University announced Rebecca L. Francis, broker associate and leader of the Rebecca Francis Team, is a featured speaker at the 2025 Founders Forum, which celebrates Moravian women and provides continuing professional
development for students, alumnae, and friends of Moravian who identify as women. This year’s event is on Saturday, March 29, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Moravian University’s Sally Breidegam Miksiewicz Center for Health Sciences.
"As a Moravian University alumna, I’m incredibly honored and excited to return to campus as a speaker at this year’s Founders Forum," said Rebecca L. Francis, broker associate and leader of the Rebecca Francis Team. "This year’s theme of holistic well-being is so important, and I’m thrilled to share the stage with such an inspiring group of women who are fellow Moravian University alumnae.”
This year’s Founders Forum theme is whole self-wellness for women and includes a keynote speaker and four educational sessions. Francis will lead an educational breakout session, “Tell Me Why Not?”, which will explore the impact of shifting the perspective from “why?” to “why not?” Attendees will learn how this mindset can be applied to personal and professional growth and leave with practical strategies for adopting this approach to navigating challenges.

Registration includes continental breakfast, all professional development sessions and lunch. The final deadline for registration is Sunday, March 16.
