Rebecca L. Francis leads the nationally ranked Rebecca Francis Team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach REALTORS®, specializing in the Lehigh Valley luxury real estate market. As a Saucon Valley native, Rebecca consistently ranks as one of the very top luxury agents in the area, and her competitive advantage comes from her deep ties to the community as well as her marketing acumen.
As a leader within BHHS Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, Rebecca has earned Chairman’s Circle Diamond Level honors for five consecutive years, a distinction reserved for the top 0.5% of agents in the BHHS global network. And in 2023, her team was recognized with the Legend Award, one of the company's highest honors. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Moravian University and later her MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. In 1996, Rebecca built a thriving advertising and marketing strategy business, serving as the owner and president for ten years before selling it to relocate abroad. While residing in London, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, she built global connections before obtaining her real estate license in 2015.
She resides in Center Valley, where she is very active in her community, currently serving on Moravian Academy’s Marketing & Admissions Committee and Saucon Valley Country Club’s 2026 U.S. Junior Amateur Marketing Committee.
